Super-Stadium is a proposal designed by Alan Lu for a complex for the 2022 Winter Olympics, which seeks to integrate the multitude of Olympic arenas and villages in one continuous entity, allowing a smooth transition between programs and events. As the economic burden of hosting the Olympics is a key issue in local and global economies, the proposal seeks to inject the current model of sports arenas, with a social and cultural initiative. Thus, the building itself becomes a series of typological layers, with the ground floor set as a cultural landscape with libraries, museums, convention halls and exhibition halls.
