The Studio Babo designed this vacation home that is located on a corner lot in a traditional club in the province of Buenos Aires, Argentina. The program is established as follows: on one hand a public area for the day consists of a hall, a living room and dining room, a bathroom, a covered outdoor terrace, and a room or shed. On the other hand, an area for a night with private master suite, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
Then there is a service area with bedroom, bathroom, laundry room and a garage for two cars, which could also be used as a room informally. Customers wanted to minimize the transitions between different areas and, if possible, resolve the program on a single floor. After taking all these variables into consideration the resulting design is a linear piece covering the entire length of the buildable lot. He is placed in parallel to access road leaving a considerable area of the garden which is directed to the north / northeast.
